Cibare Italian Kitchen brings Little Italy to South St. Louis, featuring classic Italian recipes prepared to perfection. The dinner menu features a delicious selection of house-made pasta, Neapolitan-style pizza and entrees made with locally sourced ingredients. House specialties include Cibare’s Toasted Ravioli, Bucatini All’ Amatriciana and Chicken Scaloppini Sofia.
Cibare’s Italian retail bakery and coffee shop proudly serve Lavazza, “Italy’s favorite coffee,” made-from-scratch seasonal pastries and Italian sweet buns and a variety of tortes, cakes, cookies and gelato, while the beverage menu features Italian and California wines along with an extensive list of cocktails: signature, classic Italian & Cibare original.
Cibare is under the leadership of Chef de Cuisine Pierpaolo Pittia, a certified “Italian Culinary Master Chef” by the Italian Academia Barilla. Originally from Udine, Italy.
