Pinnacle Entertainment Announces Conference Call for 2010 First Quarter Results

LAS VEGAS, April 21, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) announced today that it will release its 2010 first quarter financial results on Tuesday, April 27, 2010 prior to the market opening, followed by a conference call on the same day at 9:00 a.m. ET (6:00 a.m. PT).
