Requirements
Pinnacle Entertainment is searching for the top students who not only want to pursue a career in the casino/hospitality industry, but develop and grow with our emerging company. All Associates applying for EDP must meet or exceed the following requirements in order to be eligible for the program.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in hospitality or a closely related field Graduated with a cumulative 3.0 GPA or above
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Completed at least 800 hours of work experience in a guest service related-position
- Extracurricular achievements that may include, but not limited to, non-profit volunteer work, fraternity or sorority community functions or leadership positions in a university club or group
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English, orally and written.

- Unrestricted work authorization
